Vobeyy – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vobeyy. By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter these Terms
• You will provide accurate information
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Event organizers may be subject to additional verification.

2. Your Account

To use certain features, you must create a Vobeyy account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login information confidential
• Maintain accurate and updated account details
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Vobeyy may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

3. Platform Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Platform for fraudulent ticket sales or scams
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Circumvent any security or payment systems

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

4. Event Organizers

If you create or host events on Vobeyy, you agree that:

• All event details you provide are accurate
• You are solely responsible for the event's safety, legality, and experience
• You will comply with venue rules, local laws, and capacity limits
• You will honor refunds or policies you publicly disclose

Vobeyy is not responsible for event quality, safety, entry decisions, or organizer conduct.

5. Ticket Purchases

Vobeyy provides a platform to purchase tickets from event organizers.

By buying a ticket, you acknowledge:

• Vobeyy is not the organizer of most events
• The organizer is responsible for event execution
• Tickets may be final sale unless otherwise stated by the organizer
• Entry is controlled by the organizer or venue

Vobeyy may assist with disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. Fees & Payments

• Ticket prices, fees, and taxes are shown at checkout
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Organizers may be charged service or processing fees
• Payouts to organizers depend on verification, risk review, and compliance
• Vobeyy may withhold funds if we detect fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

7. Content You Submit

You may upload event flyers, photos, descriptions, and user content.

You grant Vobeyy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content for operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe the rights of others
• Your content is lawful and does not violate these Terms

We may remove content at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of Vobeyy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as:

• Payment processors
• Mapping/location services
• Social media
• Analytics tools

Vobeyy is not responsible for third-party content, actions, or policies.

10. Refunds & Disputes

Refund policies may vary by event organizer. Unless an organizer provides a specific refund policy, all ticket sales are considered final.

Vobeyy may intervene in disputes, but:

• We do not guarantee refunds
• We may issue refunds in cases of fraud, safety concerns, or platform misuse
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

11. Violations & Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if we believe you:

• Violated these Terms
• Participated in fraud or chargebacks
• Engaged in behavior harmful to users or the platform
• Violated event or community guidelines

We may also remove events, withhold payouts, or report activity to authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

The Vobeyy brand, logo, design, software, and content belong to Vobeyy LLC (or your legal company entity).

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce any part of the Platform
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Build a competing service using our copyrighted material

13. App Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and changes to features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vobeyy is not liable for:

• Event cancellations, delays, or safety issues
• Organizer or attendee conduct
• Loss of data, profits, reputation, or revenue
• App outages, bugs, or unauthorized account access

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer

Vobeyy provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Availability of events
• Accuracy of user/organizer content
• That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vobeyy from claims, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your events or ticket sales
• Your violation of these Terms or laws

17. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Platform ends
• Certain obligations (fees owed, disputes, refunds) may continue

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vobeyy operates (you can specify).

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court unless prohibited by law.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
